1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Project Start:
  If you cancel the project before work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding any non-refundable administrative fees (if applicable).

• After Project Start but Before Completion:
  If the project has already started but is not yet completed, you may cancel it. In this case, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the work costs.

• After Project Completion:
  Once the project is completed and delivered, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the stage of the project and the work completed:

• Full Refund:

  • If the project is canceled before work has started.

• Partial Refund:

  • If the project is canceled after work has started but before completion, a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of the completed work and any non-refundable administrative fees.

• No Refund:

  • No refund will be issued once the project is completed and delivered.

  • No refund will be provided for any work already approved by the client.

  • No refund will be issued if the project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or feedback.

3. Modification and Revisions

We strive to meet client expectations through multiple revision cycles. However, excessive or unreasonable revision requests beyond the agreed terms may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

4. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or unforeseen technical issues. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
